Submission Instructions
Please submit your manuscript via our online submission system:
https://journal.uir.ac.id/index.php/icass/user/register?source= All submissions must follow the Author Guidelines. Authors must also indicate their preferred publication route by choosing the correct Section in the submission form.
Submission instructions via ICASS OJS
1. Register / Create Account
- Go to the ICASS OJS submission system.
- Create a new account (if you don’t already have one).
2. Submit Full Paper (Word file)
- Upload the full paper in .docx format (not PDF).
- Include complete author details in the system.
- If abstract submission is allowed, please upload the abstract first and complete with the full paper before the deadline.
3. Indicate Publication Route (Select Section)
When submitting your manuscript in OJS, please select the Section according to your chosen publication route:
- SECTION – BIO Web of Conferences (EDP Sciences)
- Select Section: BIO Web of Conferences
- Use the official BIO Web of Conferences template. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1JkIc4ezXQVCueOUEzp-XgPCKbgJw943a
- File name format: docx
- SECTION – Proceedings of ICASS (Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Islam Riau)
- Select Section: ICASS Proceedings (Faculty of Agriculture UIR)

- File name format: ICASS_LastName_FirstName_ICASS2025.docx
⚠ Note: All papers that successfully pass the peer-review process will be published in BIO Web of Conferences unless otherwise decided by the Scientific Committee.
4. Upload Camera-Ready & Payment Proof (After Acceptance)
- Once your paper is accepted, upload the final camera-ready version according to the assigned template.
- Upload proof of registration/payment in the system.
