Quality Assurance
Monitoring and evaluation is an activity that inseparable from the progress of teaching and learning activities carried out by an educational institution. As well as in the Faculty of Agriculture Universitas Islam Riau
Evaluation is the beginning of a quality assurance and development process. Evaluation is imperative and refered as one of the main activities in the higher education sector, as stated in Law No. 25 of 2000, concerning the National Development Programme.
To improve the quality of education, the rector of UIR has established a Quality Assurance Agency (LPM) assisted by the Quality Assurance Unit (UPM) in each faculty. Some of the tasks of Quality Assurance are to monitor and evaluate the implementation of learning and academics at the faculty level, one of which is the Faculty of Agriculture UIR.
